App Usage & Activity Data

  • Gamification rewards & coins

Health & Fitness Integrations (User-Consented)

If enabled by you, we may access certain fields from Apple HealthKit (iOS) or Google Fit (Android) such as:

  • Steps
  • Activity & workouts
  • Calories
  • Heart rate & Sleep duration (where supported)

We do not sell or use HealthKit or Google Fit data for advertising. Health data is used only to track progress, personalize recommendations, and enable fitness analytics.

Meal & Nutrition Data

  • Logged meals & plan selections
  • Replacements & macro adjustments

Technical Data

  • App version, crash logs & diagnostics
  • Anonymous analytics

No precise geolocation is collected unless required for payment region validation.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process data to:

  • Personalize coaching experience and generate AI guidance
  • Track workouts, streaks, challenges, and display progress insights
  • Sync data across devices and provide subscription access
  • Improve app performance and conduct A/B testing (aggregated & anonymized)

We do not use personal data for cross-app tracking or third-party advertising.

  • Payment providers (Stripe, Apple, Google, PayPal)
  • Crash reporting & analytics tools
  • Health integrations (HealthKit/Google Fit — user consent only)
  • Shopify for coupon redemption

We do not sell or trade personal information.

The App is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without guardian consent.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account anytime through: My Profile → Delete Account.

This will remove your account, delete personal profile data, and revoke linked integrations. Some records may remain for fraud prevention or legal compliance.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.
